WORKSHOP POLICY
1. Booking
All workshops must be booked in advance through our website or direct communication.
Full payment is required to secure your spot.
2. Cancellations
- Cancellations made 7+ days before → full refund
- Cancellations 3–6 days before → store credit
- Less than 72 hours → no refund
3. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend the workshop, your booking is non-refundable.
4. Rescheduling
We allow one reschedule if requested at least 72 hours in advance.
5. Minimum Attendance
Workshops require a minimum number of participants.
If not reached, we may:
- reschedule
- issue a full refund
6. Materials
Unless stated otherwise:
- materials are included
- tools may need to be returned after class
7. Liability
By attending, you agree that Ellyn Yarn is not responsible for injuries or damages.
