We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that items are:

  • in original condition
  • with original labels

2. Non-returnable items

  • yarn without labels
  • used yarn
  • custom orders
  • sale items

3. Important (Yarn Notice)

We do not guarantee:

  • exact color match between dye lots

We recommend purchasing enough yarn for your project at once.

REFUND POLICY

1. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • contact us within 48 hours
  • provide photos

2. Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item:

  • we will cover replacement or refund

3. Refund Approval

Refunds are issued only if items meet return conditions.
